Yes, we have a team of four therapists that all our guests RAVE about. They are all female and specialize in many different massage techniques. How much scrapping space can we have? TOP
The tables are set up on groups of four in 24' x 12 quads at our crops at our retreats it is a 24' x 14' space. You are welcome to reserve your space on the day of the event prior to the doors opening. How much food is included? TOP
This is a luxurious hotel that has wonderful accommodations. The price of banquet meals for every guest the whole weekend would add to the cost of the retreat. To pass along the discounts to the guest we only have one meal together on Saturday. Will there be supplies for me to buy on site? TOP
Yes! We have a wonderful team of great businesses that set up mini stores just for you! They offer specials for this weekend only and also are very generous with great door prizes too!
You will also enjoy the benefits of having access to a personal computer with scrapbooking fonts for journaling, and a 12" x 12" printer with your own personal journaling page. Starbucks coffee, tea and water will be available all weekend long. You’ll have a chance to win door prizes and games. Not to mention all the dozens of other scrappers to share ideas with too!
How long can we scrap? TOP
You can check into your room anytime after noon on Friday. The doors of the retreat open at 3:00 pm on Friday and the retreat ends on Sunday at 7:00 pm! Will you have classes available? TOP
Yes! Our team of vendors always have the lastest and greatest products to show off, so you wont want to miss the oppertunety to take some classes while you are there! What are the rooms like? TOP
The Concord Hilton is located close to restaurants and shopping. This elegant setting will inspire and relax you. Bring comfortable clothes and enjoy scrapping in a well lit room, with plenty of room to spread out and with room for all the friends you can bring! You are welcome to take a break and even enjoy a dip in the hotel's Jacuzzi! This weekend retreat will give you the feeling of getting away without driving far away. You will benefit from no interruptions, be able to scrap at all hours of the day and night and never have to put anything away.

A Single Room will have one King size bed.
A Double Room will be shared with two guests of YOUR CHOICE and will have two Full size beds.
A Triple Room will be shared with three guests of YOUR CHOICE and will have two Full size beds.

All the balances are due four weeks prior to the event. Unpaid registrations are automatically canceled on the third week prior to the event. At that time all roommates will be required to pay the increased as occupancy will now be upgraded to the next occupancy. In order to hold the reservation the current room mates will be notified and will have to complete all the payments within 24 hours or will lose the reservation and all payments made to date.
